The Domain Change Presenter (DoChaP) integrates information on exons and domains from several sources to allow the study of the effect of alternative splicing on protein domains [DoChaP: the domain change presenter, Nucleic Acids Research, 2021].

The update of the sources requires an update and upgrade of DoChaP, which takes longer than expected.
